If the problems raised by customers can be amended in time?

The cause of problems will be testified firstly. If it is the matter of GreatStar Software, we will feedback the problems to our R&D dept. which will make an modify plan, and assign them to interrelated persons. More serious and common problems will be solved firstly, and easy problems will be solved immediately. R&D dept. will release update versions periodically (once every two months according to plan). Besides, update packages can be released according to customers’ demands.
